Little yellow hazard sign pops up with window every fifteen seconds saying i have a spyware infection;ANNOYING

i already ran two scans;nothing. is this stupid window part of the virus?! how do i get rid of it? i have cc cleanr, awola, ad aware, and mozilla firefox (widows xp)
