Should Hollis French, and outspoken Obama supporter step down managing the investigation of Palin?

Obviously this would not be allowed if one of McCain supporters were managing an investigating of Biden dealings with a public safety commissioner firing. Why doesn't he step down and be replaced by an unbiased party? Could it be Obama is behind this. We know Obama won the election in Chicago by disqualifying his opponent based on the names signed for their running. ======== What in the hell does it matter when the investigation begin????
