What do you think the Raiders should do this offseason?

Since they tagged cornerback Asomugha and they signed defensive tackle Tommy Kelly to a huge contract (who will play defensive tackle instead of defensive end) maybe they should sign Jevon Kearse to play defensive end on the opposite side of Derrick Burgess and potentially become one of the best pass rushing duos in the league, and/or sign Gibril Wilson to play strong safety, or Bernard Berrian at wide reciever. Also to free up some money they could release LaMont Jordan and Dominic Rhodes who haven't done a whole lot for the Raiders. Just let me know what you think. You can also talk about who you think they should draft. The Raiders have a 4-3 defense not a 3-4.

6. First of all, they need to draft Jake Long with their first pick. Then draft another solid guard in the draft, and go after more linemen in Free Agency. Bernard Berrian would be a great pickup for this team as well. Michael Bush is this teams, Jerome Bettis. He is fast, big and powerful. Get him healthy and along side Fargas, with Russell your backfield is complete. Defense is fixed already, just get the line fixed and more receivers. Coles of the Jets would be good too.
7. They are in desperate need of a RB either try for McFadden or go after Chester Taylor of the Vikings..
