Why arent my Ford Ka indicators and hazard lights working?

My indicators and hazard light isnt working and the signs for them are not coming up on the screen either like they should do. me and my boyfriend checked the fuses and found one broken one, we replaced it but still nothing happened what could it be ?

1. Perhaps the one that was broken is broken again !!
2. flasher could be bad also read owners manual for location of it usually under the hood.
