What is the penalty for making a suddent stop at a safety patrol stop?

because i was driving to pick up my brother and suddenly the safety patrol put a stop sign so I suddenly stop the car. but they wrote my license number. what will happen to that? what kind of citation can they give me? do i have to pay a fine..i feel so bad right now. and will my insurance go up?

1. Nothing. Only an actual police officer can issue a citation/summons by stopping your vehicle and having you sign a ticket. (With the exception of traffic cameras)
2. well if you stopped why they write you in the USA you get a ticket for not stopping when you are supposed to don't know ? why they wrote you
