how to cancel the sign in to family safety?

i have used the programme to sign in to family safety, however i want to can cel it now but don't know how. could you tell me the steps i can take to cancel it from appearing.

2. yes go to control panel and uninstall it..
3. To do this you will need to put in the old user name and password before you can disable it. And if you don't know what they are you can't dissable it mate.
