Eagles fans: Are you starting to hate the Eagles as much as I am?

How could they do this to us? They ripped the heart and soul of the Eagles out of Philadelphia. What were they thinking? Demps is a knucklehead with close to no experience at the free safety position. I feel like the Eagles hopes at the Super Bowl were ripped to shreds today. Our secondary will never be the same. I wanted to see Dawkins retire as an Eagle. I wanted to see him leave the Eagles with a ring on his finger. It seemed like it couldn't get any worse. Oh never doubt the Eagles. They sign one guy: an OT. They didn't sign Buc so now the HB position is even more of a problem. Philly wants and needs a playmaker. Look where Owens took us. McNabb isn't the 5 yard passer that the Eagles are trying to make him. He needs a guy that can spread the field. They have SO MUCH cap room. They are all selfish penny-pinchers. If anyone has anything positive to say about the eagles PLEASE PLEASE tell me.

3. I'm not an Eagle fan, but I feel your pain, there are player that should just leave being on the same team forever. Here are some players that should always be an Eagle (3): Lito Shepard (just should be) Kevin Curtis (No where else) Brain Dawkins (I can't see him as a Bronco) Peace. :(
4. Those idiots should have dumped McNabb and kept their defense. Good for us Cowboys fans!
5. Philly fans suck. This team has been the second-best team in the NFL over the last decade, and still all they do is complain. The Eagles draft depth so that they can let veterans go and improve their team with young players and free agents (see Vincent, Troy and Hood, Roderick for some historical perspective), prove that they made the right moves by making the playoffs every year, and still the fans whine about how McNabb isn't that good and the team is making mistakes. In addition to being completely off-base, you are in violation of the Answers TOS by ranting instead of asking a question. People like you don't deserve a great team like the Eagles, not when fantastic fans in Kansas City and Washington get stuck with second-rate squads who never see the playoffs.
6. I'm so steamed that I want the broncos to beat us next year all because of a spectacular Dawkins Performance.
7. If they let McNabb go, then they have hit rock bottom, but there is still some hope... despite them pretty much getting rid of Dawkins, not to mention LJ Smith, and Buckhalter. Don't worry about the running back position, with Westbrook getting old... they propably will draft a HB, and that position is very DEEP in the draft, you can get a quality half back in the 3rd round this year. Not to mention, names like... Ward, Rudi Johnson, Warrick Dunn, and others are available in free agency, so letting Buc go was a good thing if they play their cards right. And, yeah they didnt make a move yet... but its only been 2 days, guess who is still out there? TJ Houshmanzadeh (excuse the spelling) He is a playmaker that would fit right in with the Eagles. Harrison is also available and getting Boldin wouldnt be a long shot. They have a good shot at landing a star WR and they probably will. But you better hope they do, because if they dont get any playmakers, McNabb will not play!! =/ Listen, Andy Reid is a good coach, and McNabb is a good quarterback... for the people who says McNabb sucks, they are very, very stupid. Name one other quarterback who can throw for thousands of yards and lead their team to the Playoffs in the NFC east AND not have 1 big name player on his offense besides Westbrook (who might I add, seems like is always hurt) The Eagles know what they are doing, they got TO and TO took em to the superbowl, but charactor issues arose and that had a negative impact. Just hang in there, Eagles have been doing good for a very long time... no they didnt go and give someone a 100 million dollar contract, but they DO draft quality, and they will get whats theres.. just hang in there ;)

Yes i know.. this is by far the worst offseason of the eagles.... they don't even have a back up plan for safety except demps who can't really do much except have decent kick returns every now and then, PLUS they turned down Houshmanzadeh's deal because the owner thought it was too expensive... and they sign this unknown lineman who happens to be shawn andrew's brother... soon mcnabb is going to want out.... this is getting ridiculous

12. I personally think something big might happen. now in free agency or the draft, I'm not sure. but, we're only two days into free agency. and I mean think about it, we're stockpiling draft picks. perhaps a big move could come from that.
13. dont worry they will get whats coming to them when they open their doors and let the fans of philadelphia in, in week 1.......as for bdawk damn i love that guy and im so pissed he dumped us like that......first the heart of our baseball team in pat burrell...even though you probably booed him as i did it just feels wrong without the name burrell on our roster....same with bdawk...we can only hope he becomes a coach for us in the future
14. well dawkins left for more money we could pick up a power back in the draft and hopefully dariuss hayward-bay boldin the rest of the eagles WR are a bunch of bums and let downs
