Hazard Perception confused?

on a hazard perception exam do u click on a sign u see aswell as the hazard or do u just click on the hazard u see also when click u more than once on a clip but click on the hazard at the correct time will u get less marks or not? btw i am doing a uk hazard perception exam thank you all

1. you click anywhere on the screen when you see a hazard. if you click too often you fail the question. you are given instructions before you start.
