What kind of spider is it?

There is a HUGE spider with what looks like black and yellow hazard sign on it's underbelly. It's living on my apartment building. Does anyone know what it is?!

2. From the details it look like to me to be a "banana spider". look up pictures about it and see if its what your talking about.
